I got my own Raxcard in about a week after ordering it, I didn’t have any issues with it, apart from the fact that it took a bit longer for it to arrive. It didn’t take too long for me to set it up and start spending my virtual money on things that I really wanted to use. My work involves clients from around the world and so I often ended up using or receiving Bitcoins online. Now with my Raxcard I can go and spend to my heart’s content, even offline in the real world.
Since, I am concerned with my identity I was happy to find out that my name would be featured on the card. Granted I live in Romania which means that a week isn’t all that long. The company used the trusted DHL delivery firm, but they will use FedEx to transport their cards in the USA.
Apart from this I also enjoyed the fact that the company provided round the clock costumer service. So if you have any issues you will get an answer in no time. So there shouldn’t be any issues with you and the company. I received my own answer in less than 24 hours, in fact they even offer live costumer support if you happen to be lucky enough to catch one of their representatives online.
Taking all of this into account it really shouldn’t come as a surprise that one of their costumers wrote :
